It all started with the vision of a 15 year old unable to afford his dream guitar, so he decided to build what he wanted. Fast forward 15 years and I have bigger dreams of sharing my love of guitars and woodwork with you.
From a love of all things out of the ordinary and not being content with simply 'following the crowd' Hilditch Handmade Guitars was born. Creating individual handmade guitars in Buxton Derbyshire, UK, I want to put my stamp on the guitar world by making beautiful bespoke guitars that stand out from the crowd. Every guitarist develops their own unique sound, so why shouldn't your instrument be unique too?
Each of my guitars is handcrafted from start to finish with hours of love, care and attention to detail. Every commissioned build is totally customisable from tone wood, to finish choices and everything in between.
And we can even offer repairs and setups to your own guitars, to keep your pride and joy playing at it's best.
